Consumer Technology Marketing

As Formlabs’ sole in-house video producer, I translated complex hardware technology into human-centered, video storytelling designed to build brand credibility and drive sales. I led the end-to-end evolution of the company’s YouTube presence, growing viewership from 77K to 5.3M. My longform film highlighting a cancer survivor receiving a 3D-printed jaw remains the brand’s most-viewed video, with 4.8M views.

Serialized Brand Storytelling

As PillPack’s first and only in-house video producer, I created the brand’s debut commercial and scaled it into a serialized, repeatable format that drove 180K+ sign-ups, 50K+ new customers, and contributed to the company’s acquisition by Amazon. I achieved this by translating a complex healthcare service into simple, human-centered visual narratives.

Human-Centered Stories

As Head of Video Production for Operations Internal Communications, I lead the creation of narrative-driven video content that informs, educates, and inspires over one million employees. I highlight the experiences of real employees to build a positive brand reputation from the inside out, with recent storytelling initiatives increasing engagement among at-risk employees by 33%.


Longform Storytelling

I independently conceived, directed, and edited a 12-minute documentary following PillPack’s founder reflecting on life after exiting the company. Self-funded and fully self-motivated, this longform story demonstrates my ability to earn and retain senior stakeholder trust while managing every stage of production without corporate resources.
